Exceptional Steelwork

We fabricate, manufacture and install steelwork to the highest standards. We are ISO9001 certified, and we fabricate to strict tolerances, following industry-leading QA processes. Our teams are highly experienced, and regularly provided with ongoing upskilling to achieve AS/NZS1554.1 welding certification.

Our project management will ensure your project gets delivered on time and to spec.

Project Management

We have vast experience managing projects from start to finish - including steelwork fabrication, installation, commissioning and handover. We excel at delivering turnkey projects in full, on time, on spec, and on budget.

Machining

From CNC to lathe to milling, we have the equipment for the job.

Our machining shop is fully equipped with a milling machine, lathe, CNC machining centre and radial arm drill.

Testing

We have Charpy impact testing capabilities.

We use testing equipment such as a Charpy impact machine to ensure compliance.

  • services for the application of floor coatings and concrete repairs

  • asbestos encapsulation

  • and the application of specialist coatings, including intumescent, industrial and structural coatings.

We have full access to the resources of our parent company, PropellWorks - including; specialist labour, blasting and coating capability, and further workshop capacity.
