Safety
Ensuring the wellbeing of our people, as well as any person on our worksite, is a fundamental AEC principle. Safety is in our DNA. It’s embedded into everything we do and is a core part of our company culture. See our Health and Safety policy.

Honesty and integrity
Doing the right thing is easy to say, but hard to prove. We believe that our results and the relationships we have with our customers speak volumes - and we stand on our reputation.

Resilience and agility
We always expect a project to run without a hitch, but plan for the unexpected. Every project can face challenges at some stage and we believe it’s our resilience - the way we conduct ourselves in adversity - that ensures the best result.

Inspiration and ambition
We are driven to be the best. That means we’ll go above and beyond to achieve the results you’re looking for. Delivering a project to spec, on time, and on budget is a win-win for both of us.

Respecting the environment
We recognise that our day-to-day operation relies on the use of energy and materials. The limited nature of these resources underpins our emphasis on reusing and recycling materials whenever feasible, and improving our energy efficiency throughout our operations.

Our standards
We set the highest standards for ourselves, in everything we do. We do not compromise on the quality of our work. View our Quality policy. We are constantly upskilling and training to ensure we produce steelwork that’s second to none.
