The management team at Ashhurst Engineering is committed to fostering a safety culture that is viewed by employees and clients as positive and constructive.  By providing a wide variety of training and support to their employees, the range of work Ashhurst Engineering is equipped to carry out has had a considerable effect on the clients we are able to cater for.

In the planning stages of jobs, a significant amount of time is spent on evaluating all aspects of Health and Safety for our employees, clients and sub-contractors. The development of Worksite Safety Management Plans and Job Safety Analyses allow employees to participate in identifying the hazards they will be open to and the ways in which these can be controlled.

By having excellent maintenance procedures in place for our machinery, vehicles and equipment, the management team at Ashhurst Engineering are confident that their employees out on site or in the workshop are compliant and safe in the tasks they are carrying out.
